New Zealand consumers: Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) or the Fair Trading Act 1986 (FTA).

3. Accounts & Wholesale Access

4. Orders & Acceptance
Your order represents an offer to purchase products from us. We accept your order when the items are dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel or amend orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock issues. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
5. Pricing, Currency & Taxes (EXCLUDING GST)
All prices displayed on this website are shown in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
A 15% GST will be added at checkout for orders delivered within New Zealand.
Orders delivered to Australia are not subject to New Zealand GST. Any duties, taxes, or import charges required by Australian customs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
For wholesale customers, applicable discounts are applied at checkout before GST.
We may update or adjust prices at any time without notice. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the affected order.
6. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped from Auckland, New Zealand. Any delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk transfers to you once the order is delivered to the shipping address you provide.
7. Returns & Faulty Products
Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details. Faulty or incorrect items will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA). Change-of-mind returns are accepted only if they meet the conditions outlined in our policy.
8. Product Information & Care
Our pieces are designed and produced with attention to detail and material quality. Due to natural variations in materials and production processes, minor differences in size, colour, texture, or finish may occur. These subtle variations are normal and not considered defects.
Plated metal surfaces may naturally oxidize or fade over time. To extend the life of your jewelry, avoid exposure to moisture, chemicals, and perfumes. Store your pieces in a dry, sealed pouch or box when not in use.
9. Payments & Security
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions may be subject to security checks or fraud screening for your protection.
10. Promotions & Gift Cards
Promotional offers are valid only during the specified period and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise. Gift cards (if available) are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
11. User Content & Reviews
By submitting comments, photos, reviews, or other content, you grant Lilio Jewelry a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, or distribute such content in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may not submit unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or obscene material.
