Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a refund or replacement and cover the return shipping cost.
Other Returns
If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, returns may be accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided that:
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
The item is not part of a sale or discounted promotion
Return shipping costs for these cases are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
