All orders are shipped from our Auckland, New Zealand studio.
We currently ship within New Zealand and Australia.

New Zealand Shipping

Free shipping on all orders over $100 NZD

Flat rate $8 NZD for orders under $100 NZD

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery time is 1–4 business days.

Australia Shipping

Flat rate $25 NZD per order

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days, and delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before checkout.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to amend addresses or take responsibility for delays caused by incorrect details.
Delivery times may vary during public holidays or peak seasons.

For wholesale order

Standard shipping fees apply. We primarily use the Courier Overnight with Signature service from NZ Post due to the nature of our products.

Depending on the quantity ordered and the total weight of the items, shipping may be adjusted at the time of order processing. This is done manually and we will notify you of changes.
